10'x17' metal shed new in the box ready to be assembled. Its made by Arrow model#GA1017 see http://www.sheds.com/utility.htm for additional details. I paid $1200 at Lowes for this not including tax. I have over the top tie downs and corner foundation tie downs. The shed is perfectly fine. My wife and I decided to sell the house before I was able to assemble the shed.
