Essential Duties of the Job:•Customer focused and quality driven•Proficient use of Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems•Effective communicator•Work with minimal supervision•Excellent organizational skills•Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service.Skills and Abilities:•Maintain/Respect patient confidentiality.•Input/file data in all office systems accurately and timely•Coordinate courier dispatch/delivery, bank deposits •Ensure office appearance is professional•Provide support to office staff as requested•Monitor stock, office supplies, and inventory•Comply with all company policies and procedures•Support Marketing promotionsRequirements: •Saturdays and/or overtime may be required.•High School Diploma or equivalent.•Six months experience working in office and/or Customer Service role.
