Description
Essential Duties of the Job:
•Customer focused and quality driven
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems
•Effective communicator
•Work with minimal supervision
•Excellent organizational skills
•Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service.
Skills and Abilities:
•Maintain/Respect patient confidentiality.
•Input/file data in all office systems accurately and timely
•Coordinate courier dispatch/delivery, bank deposits
•Ensure office appearance is professional
•Provide support to office staff as requested
•Monitor stock, office supplies, and inventory
•Comply with all company policies and procedures
•Support Marketing promotions
Requirements:
•Saturdays and/or overtime may be required.
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Six months experience working in office and/or
Customer Service role.
